Jostling for space on the cover this year you'll see a wealth of stylish new stars including Mila Kunis, Olivia Wilde and Jennifer Lawrence.
Dapper gents including Joseph Gordon-Levitt, Andrew Garfield, and Robert Duvall also make an appearance.
The glamorous shoot has a real old school Hollywood feel to it, and Vanity Fair's fashion and style director Jessica Diehl comments:
"We wanted to evoke the glamour of 1930s Shanghai, an era of smoky, alluring elegance. We had the gentlemen looking dashing in black tie, while the ladies were radiant in spring's gowns - from Gucci to Yves Saint Laurent - and glittering with diamonds from Chanel and other arbiters of glamour."
Most of the leading ladies are rocking deep marcel waves and sculpted curls, which add the glamour factor to both long and short styles. Swedish actress Noomi Rapce (over on the far right) is the exception, sporting a slick twisted updo.
For the gents it's classic grooming, with slicked down styles and smooth side-parted finishes all round.
Shot by super photographer Norman Jean Roy, you can see a sneaky behind-the-scenes video of the Vanity Fair Hollywood cover here:
