Vanessa hudgens shows off new crop - which she cut herself!

The edgy new cut is for a role as a homeless teen in upcoming film, Gimme Shelter, and in a new interview Vanessa reveals that she cut the style herself.
In an interview with Access Hollywood Live, Vanessa said:
"I grabbed the scissors and started cutting my actual hair. Then my director decided that he was going to grab the scissors and just chopped a chunk of my hair. I miss it, believe me I do, but there's nothing I can do about it."
"I'm still getting used to it. I play this girl who's homeless and doesn't care about her look very much. I kind of look like a boy throughout the whole movie."

Not one to let bad hair get in the way of a good night out, Vanessa appeared on the red carpet last night with her new 'do styled in to a pretty curly style.
The voluminous curled style looks deceptively like an updo, proving the versatility of Vanessa's crop - even if she did do it herself!
