Toni & guy announce winners of breakthrough team xtra 2012

Two of TONI&GUY's most talented stylists were announced as the winners of the Breakthrough Team Xtra 2012 competition - a search to discover rising stars within the company.
Charlie Cullen from the Sloane Square salon and Lauren McCombe from South Kensington worked together a stylist and technician partnership to create a stunning winning collection, and will now enjoy a one-year mentoring programme.
Inspired by some of the most stylish female icons of all time, including Isabella Blow and Marlene Dietrich, the duo's collection was judged as the best by a panel including TONI&GUY Head of Education, Cos Sakkas and HJ's current Avant Garde Hairdresser of the Year, Indira Schauwecker.
Charlie and Lauren will now spend the year enjoying mentoring from top names at TONI & GUY as well as getting the opportunity to work on shows at London Fashion Week and taking part in a shoot art directed by Sacha Mascolo-Tarbuck.
