The winners are crowned for the headmasters awards 2020

Kicking off the new year in fashion the Headmasters team took us to New York New York for their 2020 Awards. Attended by over 1000 of the Headmasters team, the Grand Finals took place at Battersea Evolution, which was transformed into the city that never sleeps, to recognise the achievements and creativity of the Headmasters team across 2019. Guests were treated to a spectacular performance to start the show which paid homage to the diversity of the music scene of the vibrant American city. Broadway, salsa, crumping and drag fabulousness were all displayed. The amazing hair on show was coiffed by the Headmasters Artistic team and creative directed by Andrew Barton. Then came the awards, which was hosted by Capital FM DJ Roman Kemp. The awards are comprised of seven awards for business which are judged on in-salon performance as well as five Creative Photographic entries. One lucky colourist drove away in a Mini Cooper following the yearly prize draw. A Headmasters salon also took away £5,000 to treat their team courtesy of the Headmasters and HSBC sponsored award for The Big 5. Headmasters CEO Raju Raymond explained; “With so many talented hairdressers we wanted to continue to support and recognise their incredible work and to celebrate their successes together as a team. I am incredibly proud and humbled to work with such a dedicated team.”
