Looking good is a full-time occupation for the glamorous cast of The Only Way is Essex so it's no surprise to hear that Maria Fowler from the show was recently spotted indulging in some serious salon pampering.

The reality star recently paid a visit to the Loughton High Road branch of award-winning salon group HOB for a pre-Marbella style refresh.

Colourist Kimberley Matthews says: "I updated Maria's hue to a must-have amber shade for the season, followed by a full-head of hair extensions being applied to create the long locks and on-trend shade for Maria."

Every Essex girl knows that a pristine blow-dry is essential and it was down to HOB franchisee and salon owner Kelly Ly to style Maria's locks with a smooth blow-dry adding volume and shine.

Following her services Maria said: 'I absolutely love my new colour. I have wanted to go ginger for so long and I'm thrilled that HOB Salons have given me hair to be proud of. I can't wait to show off my new look in Marbella!'
