The Metropolitan Museum of Art Costume Institute Benefit, or the Met Gala as it's wildly known, brought glitz and glamour to New York City last night.
Hollywood's finest donned their sparkliest frocks for the occasion, we scouted out some of our favourite looks from Lady Gaga's tech inspired bodice to Gigi & Zayn's his'n'hers robot duo, there really was something for everyone.

Alexa Chung always looks effortless but we especially love this super chic androgynous look. usually worn sleek, we love the messy texture to add a feminine but strong edge to her super sequinned suit.

Rita Ora
Giving a whole new meaning to the term 'mirror-like shine', we love the intricate details of these cute mosaic pieces bring stunning dimension to a sleek bun.
