The kristen stewart crop: love it or leave it?

She's famous for low-key style, so the Kristen Stewart crop - which she unveiled this week - is a natural translation of her trademark image. Hair stylist Giannandrea was responsible for the short, chopped edgy bob, which he created with thinning shears and a razor to keep the look feminine while maintaining Kristen's edgy style. We spoke to Kai Wan at P.Kai in Peterborough to find out what he thought of Kristen's new style... "Kristen’s new cut really suits her, and leaving that length round the front is a great way to keep a shorter cut versatile. Her hair looks beautifully glossy and healthy at this length and although it’s quite messy and edgy it looks a lot cooler and smarter than her longer lengths. "She'ss traditionally looked a bit awkward on the red carpet so this shorter style looks more polished and will be easier to wear. There’s enough there to do some interesting pinning, plaits and volume as well. I can see this translating really well to the salon; expect clients to be copying this style!"
