The
Hair & Barber Council has held their first Junior Council meeting. The Council is formed of a group of 18-26 year olds in the hairdressing industry who firmly believe that the hair and barber world needs to be regulated.
The Junior Council, which is led by The Hair & Barber Council's Ellie Agius, started with a great forward momentum with the first meeting. Ellie said: "There was such a positive vibe in the room, and so much enthusiasm. I'm really excited to see where the Junior Council will take us, and to watch it grow."
Thanks to the Junior Council, The Hair & Barber Council will be running a monthly competition on their Instagram page @
hairandbarbercouncil, where they will ask fellow hairdressers and barbers to use the hashtag #HBCouncil when posting their work and it could be reposted to their followers.
Every month one winner will be pulled out and they will receive one year's free membership to The Hair Council.
