The Glamour of Italian Fashion is the V&A's major style retrospective for 2014, taking a comprehensive look at style in Italy from World War II to the present day.
Honouring the work of Italian heritage brands including Dolce & Gabbana, Versace and Gucci, the exhibition is not only a celebration of the glamour, elegance and sensuality associated with this style-loving country but also plays homage to the craftsmanship also associated with Italian design.
For every memorable moment on the catwalk in Milan, there's been hair to match and while the Italian fashion capital doesn't tend to be quite as experimental as London and New York, there have been plenty of hair moments that will go down in session-styling history.
