Sunny outlook for tommy's awards

North Wales salon group, Tommy's, recently treated its team members to a long weekend in the Algarve.

Teams from both the group's salons weren't told any details of their final destination - only what they should pack. Thrilled staff found themselves enjoying two days in a villa in the hillside town of Monte Francisco, Portugal.

The weekend including a range of team-building activities - most of them taking place on the beach, plus the group's annual awards.
