Stylish spanish actress paz vega is one to watch

Paz Vega is rapidly becoming one of my favourite red carpet ones to watch. Unlike so many Hollywood stars, the Spanish actress is never afraid to take a risk with her style, and always does something different with her hair.

At a Golden Globe party this week, Paz appeared with kinky, zig-zag waves - paired with matte red lips, this look reminds me of Elizabeth Jagger's rock chick look.

And although these romantic Rita Hayworth waves have been worn by most A-list ladies, Paz carries them off with smouldering style.

Proving that Paz isn't afraid to tackle more tricky trends, this retro rolled fringe has more than a hint of Dior's recent 50s-inspired show. Complete with her trademark full black brows and red lips, this look may not have been everyone's cup of tea, but I love it.

Another sculptural style that the actress has carried of with aplomb is this updo, which reminds me of Sharon Peake's 'cat ear' look from her award-winning British Hairdressing Awards collection.

Much like her smouldering Hollywood peer Penelope Cruz, Paz is also an expert at classic red carpet looks.

This knotted, slightly sculptural bun, complete with super-short fringe, works perfectly with her dramatic Hannibal Laguna ruffled dress.

And while the super-straight, centre-parted look isn't massively exciting, it's in enviously glossy condition, and allows her puff-ball hem cocktail gown to do all the talking.
