Step by step: how to enter british hairdressing awards 2023

The entry deadline for this year's British Hairdressing Awards, sponsored by Schwarzkopf Professional, is just around the corner. And if you haven't already entered, we've put together a step by step guide for you to get those entries in before the closing date. So, what are you waiting for? Get those entries submitted!

How to enter

This year, you will need to submit your entry through our online platform and send your print entry to: Lizzi Brady, British Hairdressing Awards, Allington House, 25 High Street, Wimbledon, SW19 5DX.

Step 1

Download the entry form from Evessio, here.

Step 2

Decide which category, or categories, you want to enter.

Step 3

Read the general rules and regulations for entry.

Step 4

Read the rules and regulations for your specific category, or categories.

Step 5

Give your photographer a copy of the photographer’s rules and regulations, ahead of your photoshoot.

Step 6

Create your entry!

Step 7

Upload your entry form, all images and questionnaire where applicable to Evessio, our online platform. For event support on uploading your online entry, click the 'Event Support' tab on this page.

Step 8

Select categories and click 'ENTER NOW' on your chosen category.

Step 9

An account must first be created and you must login before you can submit an entry.

Step 10

All required fields must be completed before we can process the entry.

Step 11

Click the 'Process' button to complete the entry.

Step 12

This will then take you to the 'Personal Information' screen.

Step 13

Complete this section by clicking 'Continue'.

Step 14

Finally, after reviewing the summary page you will see the 'Complete' button to finalise the entry.

Step 15

Once you have submitted your online entry you will need to send your print entries in, with the relevant forms and information enclosed. Make sure to refer to the Entry Form for image sizing and paper weight. Make sure to send these to: Lizzi Brady, British Hairdressing Awards, Allington House, 25 High Street, Wimbledon, SW19 5DX.

Step 16

Await an email from the HJ Awards Team to confirm we have received both your online and print entry.
