Step by step guide to creating a rounded pixie crop

| Before | Step one: A top section was taken. | |

| Step two: Starting behind the ear, a slight diagonal section was taken and cut. | Step three: This was continued in front of the ear and repeated on the opposite side. | |

| Step four: Starting at the front temple each section was over-directed to graduate the front hairline backwards. | Step five: This was continued to the front of the ear, slightly elevating each section. | |

| Step six: A vertical section was taken in the centre of the nape and cut in a 45 degree angle. This was repeated pivoting each section behind the ear. | Step seven: The outline was point-cut and a strong fringe connected with the sides. | |

| Step eight: Horizontal sections were taken on the top and over-directed from the longer side and cut in a disconnected asymmetric line. | Step nine: Starting at the front, every section was taken back to the previous section and over-directed the opposite way. | |

| Step ten: Hair was freehand-cut to finish. | Styling: Hair was blow-dried straight and smoothed with irons. |
