Star products: moroccanoil treatment

Mariah Carey always looks groomed to perfection and she looked even more sensational at the LA premier of her movie Precious.

The ultimate diva's hair was styled with the help of Moroccanoil Treatment for a fabulous finish which made her shine at the star-studded event sporting gorgeous waves.

Top stylist Robert Vetica created a modern take on classic Hollywood styles as seen on silver screen greats such as Lana Turner.

Says Robert: "I used Moroccanoil since it was weightless and absorbs right into the hair. It also gave me the more modern look that I had in mind."

Get the look

Robert applied Moroccanoil Treatment to Mariah's dry hair to eliminate frizz. He then blow dried hair from the back to create fullness and movement.

 A ¾ in curling iron was used to create three separate 2in sections on the top of the head. These were pinned to set until the rest of the hair was curled in a directin towards the back of the head.

Finally, Mariah's hair was brushed in the same direction that it had been curled, strands at the root were backcombed and the look was styled to perfection.
