Bree Davie is one of the hairdressing industry's rising stars: formerly salon manager at Trevor Sorbie's Covent Garden salon, she's just embarked on an exciting new venture. We caught up with Bree as she prepared to launch the new salon in Hampstead, which opened its doors on Saturday 14 May, to hear about her motivation, inspiration, and to find out how she got where she is today.
