Someone died in my salon and other horror stories

This next couple of days I am at Wella Business Network in Chester.

The first task delegates were given was to describe the most bizarre thing that has ever happened in their salon and you would not believe some of the stories!

These are some of the most jaw-dropping:

• Client died under the hood dryer
• Woman had a baby
• Asked to colour a cow
• Client grabbed scissors and cut off a member of staff's ponytail
• Left a client under the dryer and locked up and went home for the night
• Client asked for a minge trim
