Snoop the silver fox

Silver hair might have got the thumbs up from the fash-pack, but what about our grey haired gents? George Clooney certainly works his salt and pepper locks in style, but what about the original king of cool, Snoop Dogg?

The 38-year-old rapper appeared at the premiere of action thriller 'Takers' in Los Angeles, with just a small streak of grey along his parting.

Before you ask - it's not a trick of the light. I studied hundreds of pictures to see if my eyes were deceiving me, but nope - the distinguised D-O-Double G himself definitely has a hint of grey creeping in.

Providing a little eye candy for the ladies, The Wire's Idris Elba revealed a preppy look - complete with flat cap and burgundy V-neck. That's what I call geek chic... but what would Stringer Bell make of it?? Also in attendance, rapper T.I., sporting a very stylish silver suit.

Keri Hilson and the newly-married Lala Vasquez also showed up, with similar cool, coloured looks. I love Keri's blonde crop - she's like the new Rihanna with her ever-changing, trend-setting styles. Lala kept her hair tied back in a neat ponytail, but livened things up with a sultry, sweeping fringe, complete with chunky bands of colour.

Both girls look great, but what I really want to know is who's responsible for their amazing chain jewellery...
