Sebastian Professional UK brand ambassador, Adam Reed, has lent his expertise to MTV's
Beauty School Cop Outs. With over two decades in the industry, Adam is a familiar face backstage on shoots and at fashion week and also runs the successful salon group Percy & Reed - making him the ideal choice to give the show's young wannabes a masterclass in session styling.
In his guest appearance on the show, Adam created two models for a plush shoot as the cast looked on. He commented: "For me, education is key and to be able to share skills is hugely important. Having the right professionals demonstrating these skills is vital because it has to be understood that hairdressing isn’t something that’s easy to do well. The cast will now be able to make an informed decision about whether they want to do this as a career. If they do, I wish them the best of luck because it’s truly an amazing profession."
Beauty School Cop Outs follows a cast of eight who hope to make it big in the beauty industry, mentored throughout by veteran hair stylist, salon owner and presenter Jamilla Paul of Jamilla Paul Hair and Beauty.
Jamilla commented: "I was so excited when I heard that Adam was going to work with us because it gives the show credibility, the shoot a high level of professionalism, and offers the cast an amazing experience."
