Salonitems brings welonda salon furniture to the uk and ireland

Salonitems, the preferred partner of P&G Salon Professional and Wella Professional, is bringing Welonda salon furniture exclusively to the UK and Ireland.

Originally part of the Wella business, 60-year-old salon furniture manufacturer Welonda was divested from P&G in 2009 and subsequently suffered an international collapse in 2010.

Since then, Welonda has partnered with Dutch company Keila, who enjoy an equally long-standing heritage of making quality salon furniture.

While the ownership has changed, the organisation remains the same trusted and respected company with former MD Gary Justice founding Salonitems to continue the legacy as exclusive distributor for the UK and Ireland.

Gary says: "As the exclusive UK and Ireland distributor, Salonitems and Welonda combine their experience and knowledge, and continue to offer a strong proposition for salon owners."
