Ruth wilson rocks side braid for saving mr banks

Darren Fowler, international creative director for the Clipso group, recently styled actress Ruth Wilson for the Saving Mr Banks premiere in London. Perfectly complementing her Christian Dior gown, Ruth's hair was styled into a loose, side-slung plaited style. Here, Darren tells us how he got the look... “Before blow-drying Ruth’s hair, I began by prepping it with Kérastase Ciment Thermique and Shu Uemura's Ample Angora. "I then used heated rollers on the top and down one side of the hair to create a loose wave. Using L'Oréal Professionnel Tecni Art Constructor and a large barrelled tong I curled the back and underneath sections before parting the hair on the side and tonging the ends for added curl. "Once in place, I then worked the other side into a plait and pinned it in place. I then spritzed with Shu Uemura Sheer Lacquer to keep the look securely fixed in place."
