nicole-scherzinger1.jpgpaloma-faith.jpgWith TV series Mad Men still hanging in the air, celebrities have embraced 1940s-inspired styling, with rolls and twists. Nicole Scherzinger, Jaime Winstone and Paloma Faith are the latest stars to sport the updo, as seen all over the Spring/Summer 2010 catwalks. Guy Kremer created a 40s influence with a modern edge at the Caroline Charles show - here's how to get the look:

guy-kremer.jpg1 Prep hair with tecni.art root lift mousse and gather into a low ponytail at the nape.

2 Divide the lengths into three sections and roll to form a floral chignon.

3 Brush the front section forward, backcomb slightly and pin into a forward side roll. Spray with Infinium 2 Hairspray and finish with some loose tendrils.
