Aveda guest artist Frank Rizzieri created suburban rebels with untidy hair for the Richard Chai Men's Spring/Summer 2016 show at New York Men's Fashion Week.
The show: Richard Chai Men's Spring/Summer 2016
The hair team: Frank Rizzieri for Aveda
The look: Classically untidy to showcase the hair's natural texture and movement.
The inspiration: The ultimate rebellious suburban teen. Someone who breaks the rules and dresses to the beat of their own drum. "I used the Thickening Tonic to bring about a spirited and youthful fullness to the hair, and then the Grooming Cream and Control Paste gave the look an edge with a cool, tousled style," said Frank.
The key product: Aveda Thickening Tonic
Get the Look
1. Prep towel-dried hair with Aveda Thickening Tonic by spraying thoroughly from roots to ends, in sections. Comb through to distribute evenly.
2. Blow-dry hair with fingers.
3. Emulsify a coin-sized dollop of Aveda Men Pure-Formance Grooming Cream and gently massage into hair.
4. Sculpt into a tousled style and define the look further with a small amount of Control Paste.
