Calum Tierney, a celebrity stylist, has been announced as the new ambassador for the premium hair extension range, Rapture Hair.
Calum, director at Manchester-based salon group Terence Paul Hairdressing, has more than 15 years’ hairdressing experience and has been working with Rapture for over seven years.
Nick Allen, Sales Director at Rapture, says: “Calum is a talented and creative hairdresser
who really understands the potential of the hair extensions market and the positive
impact they can have on clients’ lives.”
Rapture makes cuticle-correct tape-in extensions that can be applied in the salon in just one hour. It uses ethically-sourced hair from India and the extensions can last between six to eight weeks before they need to be professionally removed and re-applied.
As a renewed colour and extensions specialist, Calum will be taking over the role of an ambassador. His work has the aim to shape the creative direction of the brand, develop an exciting new training programme and deliver education to Rapture salons.
Calum, whose celebrity clients include Michelle Keegan and Catherine Tyldesly, shares: “I’m so passionate about hair extensions and their ability to completely transform a client’s look. I can’t wait to start delivering the training and developing beautiful new imagery to give the brand the exposure that the brilliant product deserves.”
