Rainbow room international style the stars at t in the park

Stylists from Scotland’s largest salon group, Rainbow Room International, were back at T in the Park for a ninth consecutive year to work their magic backstage. A team of Rainbow Room International stylists were based in the VIP area of the artist's village, providing a host of leading names with a little pampering and hair expertise over the three days of Scotland's biggest festival. The team worked tirelessly backstage each day and were visited in their pop-up salon by many of festival's headliners, including Paolo Nutini, Pharrell, Paul Weller, Biffy Clyro and Haim. While some guests opted for a spot of pre-performance preening and pampering, others went the whole hog with dramatic cuts and makoevers. One thing all guests had in common was signing the annual Rainbow Room guitar, which will now be auctioned off to raise money for the Teenage Cancer Trust. John Parker, franchisee of Rainbow Room International, Great Western Road said: "All of the bands loved having a hairdresser on site. Many commented on how great it was to be able to take some time out and chill before performing. We were thrilled to be able to style the hair of some of the leading names in the music industry and it's fantastic that so many of them were happy to sign the guitar to raise money for a great cause."
