Race for the kids with alternative hair and hairraising Race for the Kids with Alternative Hair and HairRaising The Alternative Hair Show and HairRaising are encouraging hairdressers to take part in Race for the Kids in aid of Great Ormond Street Hospital. Tony Rizzo, John Frieda and Anthony Mascolo are amongst the hairdressers taking part in the 5K family run, which is open to entrants of all levels and their familes - even dogs are welcome to join in the fun! The race will take place in Battersea Park on 8 June and hairdressers are invited to join in the fun whether it's a stroll or a sprint. And, in keeping with the mood of Alternative Hair, hairdressers are encouraged to get creative with their style for the event - with prizes up for grabs for the person with the most unusual style on the day. All money raised through sponsorship will go to the Great Ormond Street Hospital's research into new drug therapies for childhood leukaemia. To find out more and register, click here!
