Oscar nominees get glam for pre-awards luncheon

The Hollywood A-list were out in force yesterday at the 83rd Academy Awards Oscar Nominees Luncheon in Los Angeles.
Leading ladies Natalie Portman and Michelle Williams both showed off new shades at the event, with Natalie adding some subtle highlights around her face and Michelle warming up her pixie crop with a golden blade shade.
Newcomers Jennifer Lawrence and Hailee Steinfeld are both getting to grips with glamming up for the red carpet. Jennifer's multi-tonal blonde and bouncy blow-dry are worthy of any A-lister, while 14-year-old Hailee's long curls are age appropriate - but not quite as cool as the waves she rocked at the SAGs.
Leading ladies Amy Adams and Nicole Kidman both sported similarly glossy red locks, with a poker straight finish and face-framing layers softening the style slightly. Nicole wins this battle of the redheads for me - Amy's look feels just a little dated.
