Cost: Five classic hair-up masterclasses available on the app can be downloaded for £1.19 each (all proceeds go to charity), allowing hairdressers to rewind and pause the videos to fully master the techniques.

Content: Saks Interactive Online Learning material supports employers and learners throughout the apprenticeship process with workbooks, training resources, podcasts, videos and revision notes. The E-portfolio system linked to the website alerts the educator when learners upload work, which is then marked and feedback is provided remotely. Employers can access the system, monitor progress and make recommendations.
