Oh so urban chic at danny oh

Published 02nd Sep 2008 by sophieh

Hairdresser Danny Oh left his native Singapore to train at Vidal Sassoon, and decided to make his life here.

His eponymously titled salon opened in London's capital of urban cool, Islington's Camden Passage. A commercial area defined by high-end boutique shopping, and a celebrated antiques market, Danny has blended in with the locals with his flair for funky décor and display of quirky collectables, striking a chord with young urban professionals who appreciate quality, style and a good haircut.

Formerly an interior design showroom, the refit was achieved in less than six weeks and the result is an original and witty take on eclectic urban chic. Danny chose to work with Reedesign, a highly respected local firm of architects.
