NXT has announced that Jack Tucker from HeadKandy Hairdressing has been crowned NXT Colourist of the Year 2024.
Jack’s exceptional talent and creative vision stood out among an incredible field of entries, earning him this prestigious title.
The competition was fiercer than ever this year, with a record number of entries showcasing creativity, skill and innovation.
The judging panel, comprised of renowned industry icons Hooker & Young, NXT Brand Ambassador Holly Bullock and HJ’s very-own Jayne Lewis-Orr, were blown away by the standard of submissions, making their decision a challenge.
In addition to the winner, there were four talented finalists:
Emily Jenkins from Emily Lou Hair
Jamie Johnson from Jamie Lee Hairstylist
Chloe Clavin from Editorial Hair Design
Emily Buckham from Emily Buckham Hair
Each of these hair professionals demonstrated exceptional skill and creativity, leaving a lasting impression on the judges, and cementing their status as rising stars in the industry.
