Nicole scherzinger rocks x factor with futuristic hair

Forget Dannii and Cheryl; Nicole Scherzinger stole the show on Sunday night's X Factor, with a dramatic performance - and even more dramatic hair.
The ex-Pussycat Doll, and former guest judge on the reality show, performed her new single Poison, with a high octane dance routine and fantastic futuristic outfit.
Her hair combined vintage vixen with space-age superhero - and somehow, it worked. From the front Nicole appeared to have a classic retro style, with super short Bettie bangs, and 40s-style victory rolls.
However things were much modern from the back, with an exaggerated long ponytail, forming in to hundreds of tight braids at the ends.
The futuristic look had loads going on, but somehow it all worked - and the hair really added to Nicole's fantastic performance. Missed it? Watch Nicole performing Poison in full here!
