Natalia Kills made an appearance at the Alice and Olivia show at New York Fashion Week, sporting a high knotted bun.

Dressed to impress in Christopher Kane gel-filled dress, fur gilet and oversized sunglasses, Natalia ensured all eyes were on her with a towering topknot formed from long plaits wrapped around a base to form an unusual updo.
