New wella generation now team selected

A group of six up-and-coming hairdressers have been chosen to form the new Wella Generation NOW team for 2013/14. Generation NOW was launched three years ago by to find the next crop of rising stars hungry to make their mark in the world of hairdressing.
The rigorous audition process saw all entrants firstly submit an example of their work and a written entry demonstrating their knowledge of fashion and beauty trends, their passion for hairdressing and why they want to be part of the Generation NOW team, before moving on to the audition stage.
During the auditions, entrants were put through their paces in front of a panel of judges from Wella Professionals with guest judges from the Industry including, Nelson Brown, Browns; Lesley Smith, K2S; Darren Bain, HOB Salons; Desmond Murray, Atherton Cox and Rob Eaton, Russell Eaton.
Those talented six are:

Brian Sweeney, House of Colour, Dublin
Amelia Evans, Russell Eaton, Leeds
Holly Scanlan, Spoiled Hairdressing, Cupar
Simon Tuckwell, Sutherland and Barnett, Nottingham
