Michael van Clarke recently presented in Russia as part of Estel.Fest, Russia's international festival of professional salon businesses.
Hosted in St Petersburg, the event united directors of leading salon businesses, stylists and business experts for a three-day conference.
Michael presented to an audience of 800 guests and industry insiders, discussing the commercial responsibilities of running a successful London and the importance of staff motivation.
Michael said: "Estel.Fest was a superbly executed and wonderfully entertaining three-day event and I am honoured to have been asked to speak on behalf of the British hair industry. I received an incredible response from my talk and was humbled by the overwhelmingly positive opinions of the guests. It was fascinating to hear from the other international industry professionals about their various salon business ideals."
