Mentored by Lisa Farrall Launches to Empower the Next Generation

Award-winning hairdresser, educator and founder of WIG LONDON, Lisa Farrall has announced the launch of Mentored by Lisa Farrall, a mentorship programme designed to support, elevate, and connect emerging and independent creatives across the UK and beyond.

Built on decades of industry experience, Mentored by Lisa Farrall offers an immersive, hands-on mentorship experience that blends creative direction, business development, and personal growth. The programme is designed to provide real-world opportunities, industry access, and practical tools that empower participants to thrive in competitive creative industries.

A Mentorship Model That Goes Beyond Education

Unlike traditional courses, Mentored by Lisa Farrall focuses on real industry integration.

Participants will receive:

  • 10 intensive mentoring days with leading global creatives and industry experts
  • Portfolio and brand development guidance tailored to each individual
  • Professional photoshoot and brand assets to elevate their public profile
  • Career strategy and business mentorship for sustainable success
  • Industry exposure opportunities, with work shared with global agencies and press

The programme has been carefully designed to bridge the gap between raw creative talent and professional success – providing not only skills, but access, visibility, and confidence.

Creating Real Opportunities

Graduates of the programme will be introduced to industry networks, including creative agencies, giving them direct access to job opportunities, collaborations, and international exposure.

Participants will also contribute video testimonials and written case studies, which will be shared globally to highlight their work and amplify their visibility within the creative industry.

A Vision Rooted in Inclusivity and Impact

“I created this programme because I know how difficult it can be to break into and grow within this industry without guidance, access, and support. Mentorship changed my life, and now I want to open doors for others – particularly those who may not traditionally have access to these opportunities,” shared Lisa.

Applications and Bursaries

Applications are now open for the next cohort. Limited bursary opportunities will be available to ensure accessibility for talented creatives who may face financial barriers.
