Marion cotillard's amazing fringe

When French actress Marion Cotillard debuted her micro fringe at the Rust and Bone premiere in Tokyo last month, all eyes were on her. It was quite a brave and edgy move for Marion, who up until now, has always played it fairly safe with her tresses. Fast-forward three weeks and the fringe is no where to be seen... Which begs the question: Was the fringe a fake? It wouldn't be the first time a celebrity has dabbled with extensions, or fooled the media into thinking they had had a fringe cut in (yes Kim Kardashian, we're looking at you), but it does surprise me that Marion would go to such lengths (no pun intended).

Here she is three weeks later with a lovely side-swept fringe. What's going on? There's nothing wrong with using a fake fringe, I just feel a bit cheated. I thought Marion was embracing a new look. What do YOU think? Agree? Disagree?
