Manchester salon where classic meets cool

RAZOR34-1.jpgTurning a Grade II-listed building into a men's salon that combined traditional elements with contemporary cool design was the challenge faced by owner Mario Pavlou and Killer5 Interior Design Studios.

The former textile mill on Charlotte Street, Manchester, had been empty for a decade and was virtually derelict. The state of the building, plus the challenges of working with the limitations of a listed building, meant the work took five months - the result justified the efforts.
