Since 1954, the L’Oréal Colour Trophy has been a beacon for hairdressing excellence, offering hair pros a platform to showcase their skill and artistry to a worldwide audience. This year, the L’Oréal Colour Trophy continues its mission to uncover and celebrate talent and will be celebrating the return of regional finals welcoming entries from all hairdressers across UK & I, with categories to suit all experience levels.
L’Oréal Professionnel welcome and the return of celebrated categories as well as a newly improved social-first category! All designed to showcase the diverse talent across the industry:
L’Oréal Colour Trophy Award (UK & I): Craft a well-executed, inspirational, and modern colour look on any model, complemented by a beautiful style and finish, taking inspiration from upcoming trends.
L’Oréal Colour Trophy Star Awar (UK & I): Open to individual colourists aged between 16 and 25, this category encourages young talent to present their innovative colour creations.
L’Oréal Colour Trophy Afro Award (UK only): Demonstrate your skill in creating a modern colour look on models with hair textures between 3C and 4C, celebrating the beauty and versatility of Afro hair.
L’Oréal Colour Specialist Award (UK only): For those who have completed the L’Oréal Professionnel Paris Colour Specialist education programme, this category focuses on advanced colour techniques and expertise.
L’Oréal Colour Trophy Future Talent Award (UK and I): Aimed at emerging talent, college students and apprentice entrants are invited to showcase their potential and creativity in hair colour.
