With fashion month in full swing we caught up with session stylist, Jason Collier, fresh from his backstage stint at London Fashion Week to talk top five trends to come out of the capital.
The Show: Christopher Kane
The Look: Short blunt fringes.
The short textured fringe is back with square a base line , keeping natural movement throughout – this style looked stunning paired with bold patterns and colours as seen on the catwalk.
The Show: Emilia Wickstead
The Look: One of my favourite designers; the Emilia Wickstead show featured beautiful soft side partings, with lose baggy ponytails and the occasional fly-away hair to add a little romance to the look.
This is set to be a huge hair trend due to it being an effortless and easy look to recreate.
The Show: Pringle of Scotland
The Look: The centre parting took centre stage on the Pringle of Scotland catwalk creating that undone get-out-of-bed look which had an effortlessly chic feel.
The Show: Giles
The Look: Super-cool off balance braids where the look on the Giles catwalk with loose hair around the face and neck with a wet look to give it an added edge!
The Show:Gareth Pugh
The Look: This season Gareth Pugh went all out with the hair on the catwalk. Each model wore wigs which were super straight and volume off the head but had a very textured edge.
The wigs were a simple fantasy which looked fabulous collaborated with the disco-themed fashion collection.
