Get the look: Prep the hair with 2 - 3 applications of label.m Extra Strong Mousse and blast dry.
Curl hair in sections using large tongs, pinning in place to cool on the outside of the head. Once set, gently smooth out the hair creating two rolls just above the ear and pin in place to create a symmetrical shape. Finish with plenty of label.m Hairspray.
