London fashion week spring/summer 2014: mark fast make-up

Sarah-Jane Froome created the make-up for Mark Fast's SS14 show, using cosmetics from bareMinerals. To create dewy, fresh skin, Sarah-Jane and her team prepped the models' faces using serum and moisturiser from the brand  - "bareMinerals are experts in creating a great complexion, and we wanted the make-up to reflect that", said Sarah-Jane. She then used concealer and brightener to highlight the eyes and cheekbones, and foundation to even out the skin tone. For the eyes, a simple slick of bareMinerals Lash Domination sufficed; the lips were the focal point for this show. Continuing the gothic theme, the lips were dark and glossy. Sarah-Jane layered several products to achieve this effect - first bareMinerals lipstick in Lead The Way was applied, and then black eyeliner added over the top. After this, a metallic green eyeshadow was dabbed over the lips giving them a petrol-like effect. Finally Dare Devil lip gloss was used as the top layer, intended to give a PVC finish - echoing the PVC boots in the collection. Find out about the hair for the Mark Fast show here.
