London fashion week spring/summer 2013: teatum jones

Ali Pirzadeh created futuristic interpretations of classic looks for the Teatum Jones Spring/Summer 2013 show at London Fashion Week.

The inspiration: A late 50s/early 60s view of what the world would be like today; forward thinking but also looking back.

The look: Jackie Kennedy-inspired looks but with a futuristic twist through the texture.

Get the look: A mixture of Bumble and bumble Surf Spray, Thickening Hairspray and Prep was liberally spritzed on the lengths to create maximum lift and texture.

Hair was styled into a number of classic Jackie Kennedy-inspired hairstyles but with stylised volume. The sides of each look were given an additional twist through a coating of Gellac and Shine Spray to create a futuristic shine.
