London fashion week spring/summer 2013: tata naka

Bill Watson created power hair for the Tata Naka Spring/Summer 2013 show at London Fashion Week.

The inspiration: 1950s Americana power-hair. Think Jackie O and Doris Day - with blondes and brunettes given different variations on the look.

The look: Big, textured power hair.

Get the look: Prep the hair with label.m Volume Mousse and power-dry through. Spray with label.m Dry Shampoo and crimp the hair three inches from the root area to create height and fullness.

Tong the hair through the mid-lengths and ends to create texture and spritz with label.m Hairspray to hold.

Backcomb in small sections at the root to create extreme height. Tie the length of the hair into a low ponytail and roll under to create a faux-bob then pin in place.

Finish with a dousing of label.m Hairspray and use the hot iron to dent the shape creating moulded movement.
