London fashion week spring/summer 2013: huishan zhang

Bianca Tuovi created one-sided braids for the Huishan Zhang Spring/Summer 2013 show at London Fashion Week.

The inspiration: A combination of traditional Chinese aesthetics and feminine textures.

The look: The lines of the hair were designed to mimic the curved shapes of the clothing and the one-sided braids reflected the lace panels and textured inserts in the collection.

Get the look: Hair was sprayed with Bumble and bumble Prep and styled in a strong centre-part.

Start braiding on one side of the head from the strongest point at the front of the hairline into a 'v' at the back of the head.

Repeat on the other side. Apply Sumo Wax to the sides of the hair for high-shine and contraol.

Bring the remaining hair into a ponytail, create a fold and tie off. Spray liberally with Spray de Mode to hold and finish.
