Indira Schauwecker created dual-texture looks for the Corrie Nielsen Spring/Summer 2013 show at London Fashion Week.
Show: Corrie Nielsen
Stylist: Indira Schauwecker for TONI&GUY.
Inspiration: Botanical nature in bloom.
The look: The hair story was split into two looks with the first symbolising the irregularity of flowers in the wind - represented with a shiny and smooth side-parting leading into dry and micro-crimped ends.
The second look encompasses the beauty of unopened flower petals with, again, sleek roots with the ends rolled into very messy and irregular side rolls.
Get the look: Create the side-parting and blow-dry hair smooth to the scalp using label.m Volume Mousse, having first back-combed the hair at the roots.
Clip the hair at the nape of the neck to keep the top area flat, and then use a mini-crimper in small sections from the clips to the ends and the brush out to give more body.
Fix the top area with a hair net and use label.m Hairspray to give it hold. Go over the ends with a diffuser after applying label.m Resurrection Style Dust and once the clips have been removed, use label.m Shine Mist on top and distress the ends.
Key products: label.m Volume Mousse, Hairspray, Resurrection Style Dust and Shine Mist.
