London fashion week spring/summer 2012: acne

Paul Hanlon and the L'Oréal Professionnel team created grungy waves for the Acne Spring/Summer 2012 collection.
Inspiration: Rebellious girls who are too cool for school, sporting a tough-but-fashionable grungy attitude.
Get the look: Every single model arrived late for the show after previous shows ran over, so it was all hands on deck.
Hair was separated in to sections with the lower section tightly braided and wefts of darker or lighter hair glued or sewn in to create a dip-dye effect.
Hair was then soaked with L'Oréal Professionnel Tecni.Art Volume Architect and dried using a diffuser to create fluffy texture. To create the rough, dirty texture L'Oréal Professionnel Play Ball Wax Smoothie Spray was pulled through the hair.
To finish, Infinium 4 Hairspray was sprayed on the crown and teased with fingers to create volume.
