Luke Hersheson and the L'Oréal Professionnel team created matted 1970s waves for the Holly Fulton Spring/Summer 2012 collection.
Inspiration: "Going out in Vegas and ending up in Margate," was the the brief from designer Holly Fulton. Luke interpreted this as sexy, rich-looking 1970s waves with a dry finish.
Get the look: Hair was doused with over half a bottle of L'Oréal Professionnel Play Ball Texture Tonic and dried through. Hair was then parted in the middle and the lengths were loosely tonged then brushed out repeatedly with a bristle brush to give slightly static texture and remove as much of the 'wave' as possible. Hair was then set with L'Oréal Professionnel Infinium 2 Working Spray.
