Mark Hampton created power glamour for the Vivienne Westwood Red Label Autumn/Winter 2013 show at London Fashion Week.

The inspiration: Modern glamour - powerful women who are a force to be reckoned with.

The look: High glamour waves swept off the face for longer haired models and powerful but androgynous quiffs for shorter models.

Get the look: For the longer haired models, hair was prepped with volume mousse from root to tip and blow-dried in.

Hair was then tonged in small sections and pinned in place to set. Once cool, curls were brushed out with a round brush, parting to one side by hand.

Curls were then backcombed at the roots to give extra volume and height and finished with hairspray.

For the 'power sweep' on shorter models, hair was prepped with volume mousse and dried in, directioning the hair away from the face.
