James Pecis created a home-dye look for the Meadham Kirchhoff Spring Summer 2012 men's collection.
Show: Meadham Kirchhoff
Stylist: James Pecis
Inspiration: End-of-the-night style with home-dyed hair to match. James said: "Fudge Paintbox and Meadham Kirchhoff are, for me, a match made in heaven. The colourful collection teamed with coloured hair worked perfectly for the unexpected and edgy show."
"I was extremely excited to partner with Fudge for this show this season because it was the perfect product to create these individual looks from model to model. The show was a success and I could not have done it without such a great product."
The look: "4am hair."

"Using a tint brush, apply product straight from the tube onto the hair. The colours are just like paint, so can be mixed in the same way to achieve the desired hue.
To strengthen the colour, I simply added another layer on-top of the first one. To give the colour depth, I mixed in colours that complement the first base coat - such as green and blue
For colour that looks new and over applied - I sprayed the hair with water first, then applied the colour and encouraged it to run onto the models neck and shoulders.
To give the impression that the models had applied the colour themselves at 4am after a night out, I stained their hands with Paintbox colours. I did this by hand with gloves, mixing the colours onto the skin."
