Lady gaga born this way cover art released

Lady Gaga's upcoming single Born This Way is one of the most highly-anticipated musical releases of recent years, and we can now share with you this exclusive shot of the front cover art.
At first glance Gaga looks relatively normal, with dramatic black eyes and lips and tousled blonde hair swept forward across her face.
However on closer inspection it becomes apparent that all is not as it seems - the pop primadonna has horns coming out of each temple, and a couple more lumps on her cheekbones.
I'm not entirely sure if these are subdermal implants, the result of Photoshop, or perhaps even actual horns that Gaga has sprouted - after all, she was allegedly born this way...
