Antonio Corral Calero and the Moroccanoil team were inspired by Grecian goddesses at the Kristian Aadnevik Spring/Summer 2015 collection at London Fashion Week.
The show: Kristian Aadnevik Spring/Summer 2015
The hair team: Antonio Corral Calero for Moroccanoil
The look: Wet-look waves slicked away from the face, with a section of undulating knots bound in silver leather down the centre.
The inspiration: The romance of the Greek Islands, oceans and Greek goddesses - powerful yet sensual women.
The key product: Moroccanoil Styling Gel
Get the Look
1. Apply Moroccanoil Treatment to damp hair to condition and hydrate strands for easier styling. Rough-dry in.
2. Pull Moroccanoil Hydrating Styling Cream through the hair to create a wet-look texture.
3. Using a large pair tongs, curl the hair from the mid-lengths through to the ends.
4. Work through Moroccanoil Hydrating Styling Cream Styling Gel, raking back from the hairline.
5. Section off a central parting, an inch wide, from the forehead down to the nape.
6. Using a piece of soft leather lace, knot it round the central section of hair, inch by inch. Knot each section by adding hair from the sectioned central area, gently lifting out the hair to add height.
7. Secure the knots after four to five loops with a thin elastic band. Bind some of the leather lace around the band, leaving the remaining lace flowing into the broken waves.
8. Spray the final look with Moroccanoil Glimmer Shine Spray and keep the look in check with liberal use of Moroccanoil Luminous Hairspray Strong.
